    EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT

    Free First Saturday

    1st December 2007

    Throughout Denver Art Museum's complex

Free general admission tickets are available on the first Saturday of every month, thanks to the citizens who support the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District. General admission tickets do not include ticketed exhibitions, such as Artisans & Kings.

Pick up free tickets on-site starting at 10 am. Availability is limited. Limit one free ticket per person. Sorry, no tickets will be issued in advance.

When is the best time to visit?

First Free Saturdays are very popular, and demand for free tickets is especially high during the afternoon hours. Come early—before 11 am—to avoid the crowds.

If it's free, why do I need a ticket?

To prevent overcrowding on First Free Saturdays, we issue timed tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. If all tickets for a given timeslot have been distributed, you may have to wait to enter the museum, so please plan accordingly.

    Where should I park?

Take advantage of a special flat rate in the Cultural Complex Garage on Free First Saturdays. Pay just $5 on entry and stay all day. During community festivals, such as Cinco de Mayo and A Taste of Colorado, the rate is $10 per day.
