Who knew you could strike gold by offering a simple service?
This artist, with the Twitter name @hexappeal offered her service of editing out any pesky ex in photos for US$10 per snap. She has since received a wave of replies, forcing her to increase her rate to US$15.
She showed her skill in a tweet, writing, “For $10 I will edit your ex out of your photo” together with a sample before-and-after photo. Her tweet went viral, receiving over 160,000 likes with many social media users wanting her to remove their exes off their cute photos.
Her customers who have sent in their photos were returned with satisfying results. “Best $10 I will ever spend,” @chrisart00 wrote, together with a photo of his ex being removed from the snap. Now, it only showed him sitting solo on the beach.
Other users too shared the results of the edits, pleased with the outcome. @hexappeal told the internet that she did the editing using an app on her phone, no professional skills required.
