If you think your love life is complicated, think again. The Kyoto Aquarium in Japan has to house several penguins within a complex flowchart in order to keep track of their love lives.
The complicated graphic was spotted by Twitter user @OliviaJia1014 when he visited the aquarium. He then snapped a photo of the flowchart—which features a ton of arrows, heart, and broken heart shapes to note the love ties between the birds—and shared it on Twitter.
The post, with over 40,000 likes, has bewildered several Twitter users. One of them described, “This looks like the relationship chart for a rom-com manga that should’ve ended 100 chapters ago.”
One of the penguins, for instance, is labeled as “basically demonic” because she has already broken six hearts and counting.
A Twitter user also pointed out the indication of an odd relationship between a human and a penguin, as well.
Unravel the romantic connections between the penguins of Kyoto Aquarium below.
