Adobe Makes PDFs Much Friendlier To View With New AI-Powered Mobile Feature

If you’ve ever experienced opening a PDF file through your smartphone, you will understand the struggle it encompasses to view content, which often turns out misaligned and require you to zoom in or out.
Adobe believes it has found a solution for the finicky process. It will equip Adobe Reader with its proprietary AI, Sensei, to make opening and reading PDF files on Android and iOS devices much easier.
The new feature, dubbed as Liquid Mode, fits PDFs into your screen without the need to manually pinch and zoom into the file.
The Sensei framework scans the file and identifies sections, like headings, paragraphs, images, and tables, before reformatting it to be more readable and responsive.
This optimized version will not make any changes to the original PDF file as it is meant to solely be for viewing.
