adidas has released it’s very own app called Confirmed, which keeps users informed on the brand’s insider stories and latest drops. To encourage people to adopt the app, the sneaker brand is giving away upcycled furniture made out of vintage adidas apparel next month.
adidas tapped designer Darren Romanelli, famously known as DRx, who partnered with the co-founder of vintage brand Round Two Sean Wotherspoon, to create 10 pieces of furniture from adidas’ preloved clothing, including windbreakers, jersey cotton sweatshirts, ripstop shorts, T-shirts, and adidas EQT apparel.
The duo will give away the furniture collection, consisting of eight custom upcycled lounge chairs and two loveseats, to users who download the app from now till 6 December 2020.
