Pzaz Mouth Spray Is A Spritz Of Caffeine For An Instant Pick-Me-Up
By Nicole Rodrigues, 20 Jun 2022
Ever wished you could have an instant serving of caffeine whenever you need it, without having to dash out for yet another cup of joe?
You’re in luck—Pzaz, created by New York City chef and entrepreneur Jonah Reider, is an energy spray that claims to spritz positive vibes right onto your tongue.
With micro-doses of caffeine, electrolytes, and vitamins C and zinc sprayed directly onto your tongue, one is said to enjoy a burst of energy that comes from an espresso or energy drink without having to drink one. It deals a quarter of the caffeine you would get from an espresso with each spritz, so some of us may need more than once.
This zero-calorie, vegan spray packs a punch as it perks you up whenever and wherever you are in need of a boost and don’t want to wait twenty minutes for that latte you bought to finally kick in.

The sprays come in four flavors: Juicy Strawberry, Peppermint Ice, Peach Bomb, and Sour Apple. The bottles are reminiscent of that classic 2000s aesthetic with bright contrasting colors and fonts that are cool and endearing in a way that reminds us of our youth.
Its target market is millennials and Gen Zs who grew up in the 2000s with pop and skater culture who may be unfamiliar with the the habit of consuming several espressos or energy drinks a day.
Reider found that the energy drinks industry was lacking innovation and had almost next to no appeal when it came to its design and taste.
Perhaps a more novel way of acquiring some zest, Pzaz joins the ever-growing industry of energy sprays that target jet-setters and individuals out there looking for a fun and easy way to stay on task. Or on the tongue, if you will.
