‘The Office’ As LEGO Animations Is As Delightful As Pretzel Day

“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. — Wayne Gretzky.” — Michael Scott. Shooting his shot is Brayden Pruitt, a 3D animator who’s been reimagining the timeless sitcom, The Office, in LEGO form.

While the toymaker rolled out an extremely detailed set filled with references from the American version of the long-running mockumentary series last year, fans never got to see those scenes play out. Enter Pruitt, who started the fire of recreating iconic moments from the show using Mecabricks 3D models and animating them in Blender.

Since releasing the LEGO The Office clips on his YouTube channel, the animator has inspired many others to follow suit. As Dwight would put it, imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.
