Politics are once again coming for your taste buds—but will they get a sweet or icy reception? Ben & Jerry’s co-founders, Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, are churning out another new flavor, ‘Kamala’s Coconut Jubilee’, which pays tribute to Vice President Kamala Harris and her presidential bid.
This limited-edition scoop, part of Cohen and Greenfield’s ‘Ben’s Best’ label, blends a rich coconut base with caramel swirls and patriotic red, white, and blue star-shaped sprinkles, celebrating the spirit of unity and progress while honoring Harris’s story.

The inspiration for this flavor stems from a memorable moment turned meme during Harris’s tenure, when she humorously recalled her mother’s phrase, “You think you just fell out of a coconut tree?”.
Kamala’s Coconut Jubilee is tied to a larger initiative called Scoop the Vote, a campaign organized by MoveOn Political Action. As part of the campaign, an ice cream truck will tour battleground states to encourage voter participation, with free raffles of autographed Kamala’s Coconut Jubilee pints up for grabs.

“You can lick and say you care all you want, but if you’re not going for the big scoop— to get registered and vote— at the end of the day, all you’ve got is some drips down your shirt. Go big. Scoop the vote,” Ben Cohen encourages.
Other politically-charged pints from the makers of Ben & Jerry’s include 2019’s Bernie’s Back, commemorating Bernie Sanders.
