CASETiFY is taking its customization game to new heights—or should we say new flights? The company best known for its personalized phone cases is now stepping into  luxury travel. CASETiFY Travel is its first made-to-order luggage collection, featuring durable, fully customizable suitcases made with the modern traveler in mind.

After years of making a splash in the phone case market, this expansion feels like a natural progression for CASETiFY, where it can put its know-how in creative expression and impact protection on the map.

“For over a decade, we’ve been perfecting the art of protection and personalization for tech devices, entering the travel category is a natural evolution that brings our signature Bounce technology and customization platform to a new frontier. We’re not just launching luggage—we’re reimagining how the next generation of creative travelers protect and express themselves on the go,” shares Wesley Ng, CASETiFY’s CEO and co-founder.

The array features three key products: the Bounce Carry On Roller, the Tech Pack Organizer, and a Packing Cube Set.

The flagship Bounce Carry On Roller, measuring 14.3 inches wide, 21.6 inches tall, and 9.5 inches deep, introduces several standout features. These include Bounce Bumpers at each corner, mirroring its smartphone cover counterparts, to enhance impact protection, an ultra-lightweight yet durable German-engineered polycarbonate shell, as well as four ball-bearing wheels by Hinomoto for smooth rolling.

The suitcase is also equipped with an aircraft-grade aluminum telescoping handle and a puncture-resistant zipper, plus an AirTag pocket to help you track your luggage.

Customization is, of course, a major focus here. CASETiFY's patent-pending on-demand printing allows for full-surface customization, with two different typography systems to choose from. The Dot Font lets users customize each letter with a choice of 11 colors, while the Skyline Font provides a distinct palette ranging from neutrals to pastels.

As usual, the new collection incorporates made-to-order production to reduce inventory waste. It also uses materials engineered for durability, and features easy-to-replace parts to extend the product’s life.
