Dubai, home to sparkly skyscrapers and state-of-the-art museums, continues to keep its head in the clouds with plans to build the world’s tallest residential building. Six Senses, a hospitality group focused on wellness retreats and ultra-luxury accommodations, is venturing into the residential realm with the ambitious Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina. Scheduled for completion in mid-2028, this 122-story architectural marvel is poised to surpass the current record holder, New York City’s Central Park Tower.

A wellness haven awaits in the over 61,250-square foot space, including a state-of-the-art longevity center for preventative healthcare and healthy aging, cryotherapy chambers, a crystal sound healing room, and a dedicated spa area.

The pièce de résistance of the development is undoubtedly the sky deck on the 109th floor, where residents can float in a stunning 25-meter (82-foot) lap pool while gazing out at breathtaking panoramic vistas. The Arabian Sea will shimmer in the distance, while Dubai’s iconic landmarks will provide a dramatic backdrop. Every residence at Six Senses Dubai Marina will have its own stunning vantage point.
